Perfect for all abilities (including beginners!), this 50-minute class sculpts and tones your body through slow, controlled movements. Build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a feel-good workout designed to leave you energised and balanced.
Pregnancy friendly (just let your instructor know before class).
A 50-min intermediate class using powerful flows and controlled resistance for a full-body burn. Fast-paced and challenging.
Not suitable for beginners or pregnancy. We recommend attending 3 Reform Flow classes before.

Take your reformer workout up a notch with our high-energy class using the jumpboard to combine cardio bursts with full-body sculpting on the reformer. Expect explosive intervals, core focus, and strength-building flows.

We believe Pilates should be accessible to everyone, but understand it can be daunting to join a group class if you are new to Pilates or exercise in general, so this class will be the perfect mix of stretching & strengthening.
